- Park City has 2 stays that sleep a group of twelve in one place, against 1 in Oahu. If keeping everyone under one roof is the point, that is the difference that matters.
- The cheapest whole-group house starts at $400 a night in Park City and $900 in Oahu — roughly $500 a night between them, before anyone has eaten.
- Both are at their best in March. Oahu also holds up in April, May, September, October, November, and Park City in January, February, June, July, August, December.
