What a plan is

A suggestion, built from a catalog we maintain. It is not a booking, a reservation, a hold, or a quote. Nothing on a plan is confirmed with any venue, and no venue knows you are coming until you tell them.

Prices

Every price is a range from our catalog, not live availability. Rates move with the season, the day of the week and how far ahead you book. Treat them as the shape of what a thing costs, and confirm the real number with the venue.

Accuracy

Restaurants close, houses come off the market, and a room that seats twenty this year seats twelve after a refit. We check what we can and remove what we find, but we cannot promise every row is current. If something here is wrong, tell us at hello@friendsmoon.comand we’ll fix or remove it.

Your booking is yours

You book directly with venues, on their terms, and pay them directly. We take no commission and are not a party to that arrangement — which also means we cannot change, cancel or refund it for you.

Liability

Friendsmoon is provided as-is and free of charge. We are not liable for what happens on a trip you plan with it, including any loss arising from a venue being unavailable, different from its description, or closed.
