- Tampa has 2 stays that sleep a group of twelve in one place, against 1 in Sanibel. If keeping everyone under one roof is the point, that is the difference that matters.
- The cheapest whole-group house starts at $250 a night in Tampa and $700 in Sanibel — roughly $450 a night between them, before anyone has eaten.
- Both are at their best in March, April, November. Sanibel also holds up in May, and Tampa in January, February, October, December.
- We carry noticeably more to do in Tampa (16 things) than in Sanibel (6), which matters most for the middle day when the group splits up.
