- The cheapest whole-group house starts at $150 a night in Gatlinburg and $500 in Hot Springs — roughly $350 a night between them, before anyone has eaten.
- Both are at their best in April, May, September, October. Gatlinburg also holds up in June, July, and Hot Springs in March, November.
