- The cheapest whole-group house starts at $150 a night in Gatlinburg and $600 in Gulfport — roughly $450 a night between them, before anyone has eaten.
- Both are at their best in April, May, September, October. Gatlinburg also holds up in June, July, and Gulfport in March, November.
