- The cheapest whole-group house starts at $500 a night in Aspen and $700 in Vail — roughly $200 a night between them, before anyone has eaten.
- Both are at their best in January, February, March, July, August, September. Aspen also holds up in June.
- We carry noticeably more to do in Aspen (14 things) than in Vail (5), which matters most for the middle day when the group splits up.
