One big house
Two Blocks From the Beach, Sea Caves, and a Sunset Sail
The house sleeps fourteen two blocks off the sand, so the deck ends up being where everyone actually is. Kayak the La Jolla sea caves in the morning, sail at sunset — the charter holds twenty. Juniper & Ivy is the dinner worth dressing for.

Questions
- Do we need cars?
- A couple. The house is two blocks from the beach and San Diego International is only 10 minutes away, but La Jolla, Coronado, and Balboa Park are each their own drive. Two cars covers fourteen.
- What holds the whole group?
- The sunset sail takes 20 and the sea cave kayak tour takes 16, so fourteen fits both with room. The Balboa Park picnic caps at 12 — check that number when you book it.
- When should we go, and what do we book early?
- March through November. Juniper & Ivy is a tasting-menu room rather than a walk-in, so book it first, and put Herb & Wood's weekend brunch in the same email — group tables fill quickly.
