- How do we get there?
- Norfolk International is about 90 minutes away and there's no closer option, so plan on rental cars and a grocery run on the way in. With 20 people you'll want at least three vehicles.
- Nothing fits twenty people. How do we plan the days?
- You split, on purpose. The fishing charter takes 8, hang gliding at Jockey's Ridge takes 10, the Corolla wild horse tour takes 14, and the Kitty Hawk Kites kayak tour takes 16. Everyone reconvenes at the house, which is the point of renting one this size.
- When should we go?
- May through September. Peak summer books far ahead and prices climb toward the $2,000-a-night end. Expect a line at Stack 'Em High most summer mornings — send one person early or eat at the house.
