- Cheap, by group-house standards. North Beach Vacation Houses run about $300–$900 a night for 16 beds, and Nacho Hippo and Croissants Bistro & Bakery keep the food budget flat. Sea Captain's House is the one place worth spending on.
- What about the people who want to golf?
- Caledonia Golf & Fish Club is the local pick. Send that group out in the morning and meet everyone back at the house — the dolphin cruise out of Murrells Inlet only takes two hours, so the two halves land back together.
- When should we go?
- April through October. Peak summer is hot and crowded; May and September are the easy months. The Grande Dunes Spa caps at 10 for group treatments, so book that one first if you want it.
