One big house
A Six-Bedroom House With a Pool and Dolphins at Golden Hour
Four to six bedrooms, a private pool, and a path to the sand — the house sleeps sixteen and does most of the work. The sunset dolphin cruise takes thirty, so nobody sits out. Dinner is Hudson's, on the docks, hands-on.

Questions
- What are the houses actually like?
- Four to six bedrooms, private pool, direct beach access, up to 16 people at $400–$1,200 a night. They're privately owned homes rather than a resort, so read each listing closely — they vary house to house.
- Can we split the group for a day?
- Easily, and you should. The spa day takes 12, so that group goes to Faces or Sea Pines while everyone else plays Harbour Town Golf Links or sits at Coligny Beach Park, which takes 30.
- Do we need cars?
- One or two. Hilton Head Airport is 10 minutes away, but Broad Creek, Harbour Town, and Coligny sit apart from each other. You won't be driving far, just often.
